Come and Rest

Cease chasing O dear,
come to Me;
Ne'er in vain O dear,
return thee;
Toil not for self,
'tis deadly;
Toil thou for Love,
true joy see.

Truly,
'till eternity,
ever rejoicing;
Never thee,
never thee in Me,
shall be lacking.

My dear child,
want no less!
Ne'er again tir'd,
take My grace!

Here thee Me;
Come and rest.

Lord Jesus Christ says:
" Come to Me, all ye who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest. Take up My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am meek and humble in heart; and ye shall find rest to your souls. For My yoke is good and My burden is light."

Chase No More

Ain't chasing O dear,
tir'd me;
In vain O dear,
return thee;
Toil over land,
harvest see;
Toil over them,
'tis no glee.

Vanity,
'tis vanity,
how dis'ppointing;
Never thee,
never O me,
shall desiring.

My dear soul,
want no more!
Ne'er again fool,
should thee pour!

Here thee me;
Chase no more.

[18 April 2007, Juta Niu LS, 'tis serenely lone morn]
